CONFIDENTIALITY
The record of sales regarding original works and prints sold directly by the studio are handled with the strictest confidentiality, we do not share collector information under any circumstances.
VALUATIONS
The value of artworks supplied by The Saint Ali Studio can fall as well as rise. Collectors may not get back the amount initially spent on the artworks.
COMMISSION FEES
The Saint Ali Studio pays commissions to galleries, art agents and introducers for completed artwork sales. Commission payments are made by bank transfer once the Saint Ali Studio has been paid in full (within 48 hours of receiving funds). Packing and transportation is organised by the Saint Ali Studio.
SHIPPING
All shipping fees at checkout are subject to review based on shipping location. The studio will cover any additional shipping costs at their own discretion. Where a delivery requires a higher than expected delivery or shipping fee provided by the studio’s preferred delivery partners (DHL for international, Pack & Send for Australia), the studio reserves the right to cancel the order if alternative delivery or shipping arrangements cannot be reached between the studio and the buyer. If an arrangement cannot be made, the studio will provide a full refund to the buyer.
FRAMING
Original artworks and prints supplied from the studio are not supplied framed unless specifically mentioned in the sales information or prior arrangement.
TAX DEDUCTIONS
Your Saint Ali artwork is 100% Tax Deductible up to AUD$150,000 per item*. The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) classifies artwork as both an investment and a depreciating asset. This means it makes any artwork purchases eligible for the instant asset write-off measure. The threshold for this is currently $150,000 in Australia*. There is no limit to how many pieces of art you can make this claim for. Consult with your registered Australian tax accountant for further details.

COVID-19
The outbreak of coronavirus/COVID-19 has caused numerous companies and art event organisers to postpone, reschedule or even cancel public events. Please be aware this notice covers The Saint Ali Studio to postpone or cancel any art event or exhibition locally or internationally without notice.
SECONDARY MARKET
The re-sale of Saint Ali artworks through art agents, auction sites and galleries must first go through an authentication process prior. This process is undertaken by the Saint Ali Studio which acts as the authenticator of artworks by Saint Ali.
Should the work be verified as authentic, the studio will issue you with a certificate of authenticity clearly stamped and signed. The Saint Ali Studio will store the information provided to record you as the owner, after which no one else can claim ownership of the work.
At this point the approved artwork can enter the secondary market through art agents, galleries or auction sites.
